WWDC Keynote confirmed for Monday, June 10 -- bring on iOS 7 and OS X 10.9!

While everyone's pretty much taken for granted that a Monday, June 10 WWDC 2013 kickoff would be a Monday, June 10, 10am (pacific) WWDC Keynote, it's still nice to see it confirmed. John Paczkowski of AllThingsD:

Apple today said the keynote address for its annual Worldwide Developers Conference will occur on Monday June 10 at Moscone Center in San Francisco.

No word on the headliners, but if Apple holds to pattern, Tim Cook will lead the charge, and bring out Phil Schiller, Craig Federighi, and Eddy Cue for hardware, software, and services, respectively. This year, that could include new Haswell MacBooks, iOS 7 and OS X 10.9, and perhaps even a newer, better iCloud.

The only wild card this year is whether or not Jony Ive takes the stage to show off his newer, flatter, Apple aesthetic?

  • I think some British style would go down nicely on that stage, get Sir Jony up there!
  • Hope they don't disappoint
  • Shit, I better update all my stuff. I hope OSX9 will work on my mac...
  • Can I add Apple TV app store to the wish list. Oh yeah, iWatch APIs, too.
  • Wondering if and when Apple will make the Siri APIs public.
Maybe just a few simple things at first, starting in iOS 7 ?
Oh, and I'm also wondering if OS X 10.9 will get Siri.
  • This will have a big say in deciding whether I stay with iOS or defect. If it's just integration with Vimeo/Flickr, or Siri now giving me the humidity reading of the day, I'm out.
  • I love apple but I am afraid to say I have already picked up the note 2, I firmly believe the next iPhone will be an iPhone 5s and I am not prepared to use the same looking phone with minor updates no matter how much I like apple products we deserve and new looking iPhone with a new ui.
I will continue to use the ipad and my iMac and MacBook Air has I believe apple computers are second to none but for now I am using android as my mobile device until apple bring something desirable and fresh out.
  • Lol that's funny @ktaifan but hear what you are saying
  • Does someone knows the "Scroll Web" app??
