tried with mini Opera on my iphone, it requires plugins... but works with safari, it's better imo

It's cool, but still slow on my iPhone 3G thanks to AT&T... I couldn't stream a HQ video w/ 4-5 bars (I gave up after 7 minutes of loading a 2 minute clip) It'll probably be much faster on my home wifi.

It did work until I changed the language from English (US) to English (UK). Then it reverts back to the old site for some reason.

2 things:

It's not just for iPhone. It's for any WebKit based mobile browser.
HQ won't be much of an option to me since i am a victim of the 2GB Data "pro" imposed by AT&T -.- Unless i'm on wifi of course

For some users that still get the mobile version, you need to select "Touchscreen" version at the bottom.

I'm with Shlov1, I uploaded a video this weekend that will not play on my phone. It was an H.264 1080p video coming right out of Premiere CS5. Nothing weird. I've uploaded other videos in the past that play fine..

Agreed. That is what I'm seeing. Finally decent video quality over 3g. It is much better quality on 3g compared to the native app. That was a reason I had jailbroken in the past. I used 3gunrestrictor to allow youtube to get high quality video. Thanks youtube!

WHY IS THERE NO SHARE ON FACEBOOK FOR iPhone with YouTube? Whenever I'm on my cell and I want to share a video on facebook, I have to just post the link via status update but it doesn't show the cool little preview like a link share does on facebook? Come on already!!

I just tried it, much better over 3g than the native app, you have to click hq to get the higher quality video to play, I use to be embarrassed to be out and show someone a video on YouTube with the native app, it is horrible over 3g

It looks really nice and seems smoother and a little quicker for me. Only thing is I cant seem to find how to view "New Videos" for my subscriptions. This is a feature I use daily. Anyone see it?

It still doesn't play certain videos (like ones that I have uploaded and one the native app says, "This video does not currently support iPhone" anyone know why this is), but I do like it. It may replace the native one for me, we'll see.
