Apple invites fans to celebrate the launch of Apple Music on Facebook

The new Facebook event from Apple, hosted by the official iTunes account, tells those eagerly awaiting the arrival of Apple Music to prepare for next Tuesday, June 30, when the service will arrive with the iOS 8.4 software update. The page provides instructions for updating your device when the time comes.
Along with the update instructions, the page also gives fans a quick sneak preview of the new experience in the Music app, showing off the For You, New, Connect, and Radio sections. It also directs you to find more information about Apple Music at the company's official site.
Note that while the page lists the launch of Apple Music for 8:00 a.m. PDT, or 11:00 a.m. EDT, that could just be a placeholder. When the software update does arrive, we'll be sure to let you know.
