Apple's official @AppleMusicHelp Twitter account provides direct Music support to customers

Apple continues to expand its presence on social media, and has started a new Twitter account for those seeking help with Apple Music: @AppleMusicHelp. The account will provide support for Apple Music users between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific Time each day.

Apple also maintains a separate @AppleMusic account, along with one just for the Beats 1 radio station. The company also expanded their Twitter presence last month with the creation of the @AppStoreGames account.
