Apple Music—stylized Music—is just what the name implies: a "single thought around music" from Apple. It combines a Music app for iPhone and iPad, a new version of iTunes for Mac and Windows, and three new services: Apple Music streaming, Beats 1 radio, and the Connect social network.

During WWDC 2016, an update was brought to Apple Music that included new features along with a design overhaul. The update made Apple Music more intuitive for users, splitting up sections into tabs for playlists, artists, albums, songs and downloads. There's also a For You tab for the new Discovery Mix, a personalized listing of songs just ... well ... for you.
