Special Portmanteaus

During the Potter's Calamity event you will come across special Portkey Portmanteaus that will unlock after you walk 7KM, rather than the standard 2KM, 5Km, or 10KM you typically find. These Portkey Portmanteaus are one of the ways you can unlock more Brilliant fragments, so do your absolute best to pick these up and unlock them during the event!

Pro Tip: If you have left over 7KM Portmanteaus from the previous event (AKA the first week of the Potter's Calamity event) they will now function has a Portmanteau for the Potter's Calamity event. So don't be shy, throw a key in those bad boys and go for a walk!

  • I deleted this game from my iPhone the other day for two reasons. One, it is virtually unplayable in my area because you are constantly running out of spell energy and there are no Inns in my city at all, you have to drive 10 miles to the next town to find one and then spend an hour or so reloading. Not acceptable at all.
Second, the game is nothing but a money grab since you are constantly having to spend real money to upgrade the storage space for potion ingredients, potions, and other items, or buying ingredients that simply are not available to find lying around. Of course this can be done with gold coins as well, but those are exceedingly rare in the game and you have to spend more real money to get some to just complete a potion recipe because you will never find all the necessary ingredients. Eventually it gets to where you ask yourself "What's the point?".
I could add a third reason that is the game just gets monotonous after a while when all you do is interact with the same elements and foundables over and over and over again. There doesn't seem to be any sort of progression regime to the game or end-goal or anything like that. Essentially, it got boring very quickly.
