ShopKeep is the company behind the software that transforms the iPad into a cash register, allowing for things like printing receipts and also offers a full backend system through ShopKeep's BackOffice software. BackOffice lets managers track sales, run data reports and manage inventory.
It's pretty neat to see the iPad used as a cash register and we hope to see more of this in the future. It seems like it makes the transaction process more simple and streamlined.
