MacRumors says they are recieving several reports from their sources claiming that Apple is ready to debut their official retail store application for all iOS devices.

"Apple is planning to launch a new iOS application tomorrow that will offer customers access to the company's online store and iPhone pre-ordering, as well as the ability to book Genius Bar appointments at brick-and-mortar retail stores."

MacRumors also claims to have gotten word from a customer who emailed Steve Jobs last month regarding the possibility of an iPhone-friendly online Apple Store and received a reply of "Coming soon" from Jobs. This is one of those applications that we figured to have seen in the App Store long ago but with iPhone 4 pre-orders taking place tomorrow, the timing seems perfect.

Yeh can u call in a pre order to an apple store or do u order online to pick up in the store I can't be down at the apple store tuesday. I work accross the street from AT&T but they are allways short on launch days

  2. Ben says:

No, you have to order online and it will be available for at the store until 7pm, after that time it will be first come first serve. Your card is not charged until you actually come in, upgrade your account and the phone is activated.

    would be nice.

  4. MIKE says:

WHAT IS THE ACTUAL TIME YOU MAY BEGIN ORDERING FROM APPLE. SINCE IT IS THE 15TH CAN I GO ONLINE AT MIDNIGHT OF THE 15TH AND ORDER?

  5. James says:

No one knows the actual time. Different times keep being put out by the various reps. I'd assume 8am Eastern on 6/15 at the latest. You can try getting in at earlier times to see if it works.

  6. Daniel says:

Does anyone remeber the time they started taking pre orders last year ?

  7. Anonymous says:

It depends. Since this will be on a Tuesday (weekday), there's a good chance that they'll do it at 6pm PST, to be fair to those that work 8-5. What I did was go to the Apple site and set it up so they will send me a text message when it's ready for pre-orders. :-)
