Skype for iOS updated with call quality, accessibility improvements

There's a new version of Skype for iPhone and iPad ready for download from the App Store. The new 4.12 release has improvements to call quality and accessibility, according to a new blog post from product marketing manager Jonathan Watson.

New features in this release include the following:

  • Join ongoing group voice calls right from your iPhone or iPad, as requested by many of you in the iTunes app store.

  • Voice and video call quality improvements.

  • Accessibility improvements.

  • Dialpad improvements.

  • Get help by accessing FAQs from the app.

  • General fixes and speed improvements.
