Homeland being added to UK and Ireland Netflix today, there goes the weekend!

British and Irish folks looking for a weekend Netflix binge need look no further than Homeland. The first two seasons of the smash hit show are being added to the UK and Ireland Netflix collection today, March 13, for the very first time. Until now we've been able to get episodes pretty much as they air via the iTunes Store, but at a considerably higher price than a monthly Netflix subscription.

Pokemon coming to Netflix on March 1 for the big kid in all of us

Pokemon fans rejoice, some of the classic episodes of the Japanese animation are headed to Netflix on March 1. While Hulu still offers a much wider selection, Netflix will at least be showing the first season in more than just the U.S., with it being available in the UK, Canada and Ireland as well. U.S. fans will also be treated to season 14, Black and White.

How to find out EVERYTHING that's new on Netflix!

Sometimes I just want something new to watch on Netflix and it's frustrating trying to find it in the apps or on the official website. While Netflix does provide a list of New Releases/Arrivals (current content) and Recently Added (catalog content), it's often outdated and represents only a fraction of the actual movies and TV shows hitting the service. What's needed is a simple, reverse-chronological list of everything that's available, as it becomes available. Luckily, the web provides for just exactly that!

Netflix on Apple TV throwing up the dreaded 'An error occurred loading this content'? Here's how to fix it!

You grab a snack and a tasty beverage, crash down onto your sofa, pick up the Apple TV remote, cue Netflix, hit play, and... get the horrible 'An error occurred loading this content. Try again later." message. You do, and... same error. Again, and again. You snack turns soggy, your beverage goes flat, and Netflix still gives you nothing but errors and frustration. That was me. Tonight. Until I remembered that a restart fixes just about everything!

Breaking Bad spinoff, Better Call Saul, Netflix exclusive in Europe and Latin America

The success of digital video services continues to rage, and the latest big news item is that in certain territories the new Breaking Bad spinoff will be exclusive to Netflix.
