Twitpic is one of the most popular photos hosting services for Twitter and now they've released their very own iPhone app that lets you browse through the photos of all the people you follow on Twitter who have share their photos with Twitpic, add comments, a well as add filters and effects to your own photos to share to Twitter and Twitpic.

Snapseed is a photo editing app for iPhone and iPad that not only offers tons of features, but is extremely easy to use. Not familiar with RGB Curves, histograms, and other professional editing tools? Not a problem! What makes Snapseed so great, is that anyone can pick it up and produce amazing results even if they aren't familiar with professional editing techniques.

Note that this is different than how some apps let you open photos in Instagram. Hipstamatic is now the first app that lists Instagram as a social network (right between Twitter and Tumblr) and publishes them to the service with the just the tap of a button.
