Tweetbot updates Mac app to allow multiple images uploads

Mac Twitter client Tweetbot has been updated to allow multiple images to be uploaded and shared at the same time. Along with the notable feature change, there are also other improvements and bug fixes as well. The app is now in version 1.6 and the latest update brings the OS X app more closely aligned in terms of features with the iOS version.

The developer is listing these features as being new with the version 1.6 update:

  • Support for viewing/posting multiple twitter images (multiple images won't show up in search or streaming timeline until Twitter enables it in the future)
  • Instagram videos now marked with play icon

The update itself is a free update provided you own a copy of the Mac app. If not, Tweetbot is a pricey client that sells for $19.99 on Apple's Mac App Store.

Are you excited about this feature addition to the desktop client?
