Apple Pay apparently rolling out in Best Buy retail stores

Big box retailer Best Buy seems to be in the process of rolling out support for Apple Pay in its retail stores. A number of people have reported being able to use the payment system in-store at Best Buy, though of course the experience may vary by store.
From user tmiw on Reddit:
Heard from someone on another site talking about it and figured I'd try it out. Turns out that it works, at least at the location I tried!
Best Buy first announced that it would accept Apple Pay earlier this year, having previously declining to do so, and joining rival payment system provider MCX. The company reversed course, introducing Apple Pay support into its app.
