Fans of the Assassin's Creed game franchise will be able to play the latest entry in the series, Assassin's Creed Identity, on Feb. 25 for the iPhone and iPad. The game soft-launched in Australia and New Zealand way back in October 2014 (yes, 2014 — that's not a typo).
While Assassin's Creed Identity was a free-to-play game in its soft launch, Ubisoft will make players pay $4.99 upfront to download the game for its worldwide release. This action-role playing hybrid game puts the player into one of four character classes (Berserker, Shadow Blade, Trickster and Thief). Assassin's Creed Identity is set in Renaissance Italy, where your Assassin character must succeed in a number of missions in order to solve the mystery of the Crows.
