But you kind of have to look at it this way..iPhone broke through some grounds so you're going to see a lot of the same concepts going around years from now. Just like we still use OS like windows. And if you think about it, it's kind of cool cuz that only helps us progress from here like the clones and gives you an idea of where we'll be heading. As far as the lawsuit..unless the m8 is using the exact same OS and/or icons, browsers, etc., it'll be hard for apple to sue.
