technical support/advice. Previously, the screen would dim a little before going into sleep mode. Now the backlight goes off completely. I can still see the lcd screen showing my icons, but the backlight is not on at all. It also does this when on the dock. This is the most annoying part of it. Previously, when I had it on the dock in the car and was listening to music, I could still see the cover art. It would dim a little after a minute or so and stay that way until the next song started. When the next song started, it would brighten for another minute or so and dim again. Now the backlight turns off even though the cover art is still showing on the lcd. Any assistance will be much appreciated. i have restarted the iphone and hard restart as well as adjust the bright setting and nothing.

I'm glad to see they aren't letting MobileMe languish like they did with .Mac. I am a heavy MM user, and use everything but the calendar (g/f has Google Calendar so it's easier to share on the same deal).

I just used it. My calendars (entourage, iCal, iPhone, and MobileMe) have all vanshied after adding an event using my iPhone. The rep had no clue what to do, but he told me not to fret, and he turned my case over to a MobileMe specialist so now I'm waiting on him to email me.
