There will likely be some guidelines laid down that dictate what Apple can and cannot do but like all things in tech those rules will be relevant for about 6 months before they innovate their way around them.&lt;/p&gt;

The King is Still Microsoft, with Apple breathing right down their neck and Google skyrocketing behind Apple. 
But when the dust settles I expect Apple to Take the crown.&lt;/p&gt;
