Apple is once again taking exception to the counter-charges HTC is filing in their ongoing legal dispute.
- Apple denies that its correct name is Apple, Inc. The correct name of Respondent is Apple Inc.

LMAO!! No matter how many times I see it, Peter Chou as Khan initially freaks me out, then makes me laugh, then kind of freaks me out again...
Regardless, I think the naming thing is a bit ridiculous, though from a legal standpoint, getting a name wrong can be the difference between innocent and guilty. Just sayin'.
