Crazy Lawsuit Watch: Man Accuses Apple and iPod of Streaming Mafia Threats?

Apple Insider says:
A new lawsuit from a Beverly Hills, Calif., man alleges that Apple conspired with the Italian mafia to secretly track him, transmit threatening messages to his iPod, and insert the word "herpes" into the song "Still Tippin'" by Mike Jones.
We say: forgetaboutit.
Seriously, though, get the man some help, not a lawyer.
Sigh.

You obviously don't hang around Gino's pizza parlour. It's more like...
FUGGETABOUTIT !!!
Some people have too much time and money on their hands. What kind of lawyer would even take a case like this? One who wants to lose their professional credibility and dignity it would seem.
^^^^^^^^ lawyers? Dignity? Ha ha ha! Lol rofl!!!!!!
But what about the lawyer that takes a case like this and wins! I can just see him/her and all of their legal team laughing about "that time" when they took a rediculous case and won.
But I'd have to say that this will be a long shot.
I'm sure he filed the suit pro se, or without a lawyer. You don't need a lawyer to sue in the United States. And NO lawyer would take that case.
This is a Joke right?
It's not just Apple, this guy is crazy...
Gregory McKenna has filed a 124-page complaint in a U.S. District Court in Missouri against Apple and a group of other defendants, including the F.B.I., the St. Louis County Police Department, and an auto mechanic...
Mr. McKenna alleges that this was done "to humiliate, degrade, and cause emotional distress" to him. While apparently the Mafia was using the messages to coerce McKenna into doing fashion modeling for them in New York City...
haha... too funny
That's not funny.... This totally happened to my best friends cousins ex girlfriends father-in-laws room mate....it's all one big conspiracy .....yea
@Stervegas So you're the one my room mate's daughter in law's ex's cousins been telling me about... was that thing about the party on Saturday true? You know with the bananna and the goat? That's pretty embarassing .... You know I dabble in a bit of law myself, I can represent ya!!
That guy needs a padded room. Not a lawyer.
