Daily Tip: How to set a ringtone

I've tried the above method for a ringtone I loaded to my iPhone 4 through iTunes. It will show up in the iPhone and allow me to select it however when the person who I assigned it to calls I still get the default ringtone. What am I missing?

The ability to reject calls that have UNKNOWN numbers needs to be added. Can't even set these to a silent ring. They are most annoying and they need to be blocked
