Updated 11:42 a.m. PT: Apple's online store is back online without noticeable changes. It seems Apple was just updating some things on the backend that required the site to go down for a bit. You can go back to shopping for a new iPhone.
Apple's online store has gone down for updates. We're not exactly sure what these updates entail, but you can't buy anything through the site right now.
Apple usually takes down its site like that after it introduces new iPhones or iPads during its major events.
When you access the site, you're greeted with a "Be right back" sign. Once we learn more info, be that it being back online or Apple updating some new products, we'll pass it along.
