Apple releases Command Line Tools 6.4 for developers

Apple has released version 6.4 of its Command Line Tools. This release is for developers running OS X Yosemite and Xcode 6.4. The Command Line Tools allow for UNIX-style development using OS X's Terminal application.
The Command Line Tools including the LLVM compiler, linker, and Make. Developers will also need to have the OS X framework and headers. If you have the latest version of Xcode installed you'll also find these tools within Xcode itself.
