Apple has started seeding yet another build of the 10.10.2 Yosemite beta today, bumping the build number up to 14C99d. Just like last week's beta build, Apple is asking that developers focus on areas concerning Wi-Fi, Mail, and VoiceOver.
Developers should be able to start grabbing the update now through the updates section of the Mac App Store
