Apple starts sending out tickets to WWDC 2015 lottery winners

Registration for WWDC 2015, which opened on Tuesday, April 14, closed earlier today. Apple is now sending out confirmations to the winners of the ticket lottery that they have won chance to spend $1,599 on a ticket to this year's conference. The lottery was open to members of the iOS Developer Program, iOS Enterprise Developer Program, and the Mac Developer Program.

Apple is expected to continue informing lottery winners through Monday, April 20 at 8 p.m. EDT/5 p.m. PDT.
WWDC 2015 is expected to see the debut of iOS 9, as well as OS X 10.11. There have also been reports of a new Apple TV making its debut at the conference. This year's conference will take place from June 8-12, with the keynote address being held on Monday, June 8 at 10 a.m PDT.

I can go one better than that, I got the email saying I wasn't going, and first direct have just called me to say they have tried to charge £1035 anyway? - so now I'm confused.
