Apple.com gets a long-overdue clean and flat redesign

Apple.com today received a redesign, following the whole Apple event where the larger iPhone 6, even larger iPhone 6 Plus, Apple Pay payments system, and the much-anticipated Apple Watch were introduced. Normally we'd be tempted to put "finally" with those announcements, but in this case it's the Apple.com redesign that gets the "finally".

Apple.com has seen progressive design iterations over the years, and this one's an iteration too, but it's a redesign that brings the landing page for all things Apple, Inc. into their modern design era. It's flatter, it's cleaner, and it feels much more like the Apple design we've come to expect than what we'd been living with on Apple.com for some time.

Check it out and let us know what you think.
