Apple has come up with a new way to teach developers about guidelines for submitting their apps to the App Store. Teaming with Madefire, which develops comic book app for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, Apple has created an App Review Guidelines comic that offers a more exciting and colorful alternative to the standard guidelines documentation.
The 35-page comic is split into five sections: Safety, Performance, Business, Design, and Legal. Each part of the comic features a different art style and genre, while the text is made up of Apple's actual guidelines. There's a space adventure, a monster battle, a noir detective story, and more.
It's certainly an interesting move to help get developers, particularly new ones, to be more engaged with the review guidelines. You'll find the comic on Apple's developer center website.
