Tim Cook to employees: Thanks a trillion, but...

Tim Cook has sent a memo to Apple's 120,000 employees acknowledging the company smashing the trillion dollar market cap, but reminding them that's not Apple's focus.
According to a copy of the memo seen by Reuters:
"Financial returns are simply the result of Apple's innovation, putting our products and customers first, and always staying true to our values," Cook said in the memo.
Also:
"Steve founded Apple on the belief that the power of human creativity can solve even the biggest challenges — and that the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do," Cook wrote in the memo."Just as Steve always did in moments like this, we should all look forward to Apple's bright future and the great work we'll do together."
I'm sure some people, inside the company and out, are super thrilled by the biggest of big numbers. I'm more interested in what got Apple there, and where the company will go next.
Still, it's a big damn number. Congrats to all involved.
