Tim Cook talks enterprise at BoxWorks conference

As part of Box's BoxWorks enterprise conference, Apple CEO Tim Cook took to the stage for a conversation with Box CEO Aaron Levie. During the conversation, Cook discussed Apple's recent enterprise partnerships, including with Box itself, as well as Cisco.

Cook emphasized the importance of mobile in business, calling it "transformational." From MacRumors:

Cook does, however, highlight some of Apple's enterprise partnerships, including Cisco and Box, emphasizing how transformational mobile is for businesses. Mobility enables significant increases in productivity and gives companies the opportunity to rethink their business processes. But nobody, including Apple, is way out in front on this.

Cook also went into Apple's relationships with companies like Microsoft and IBM. Both companies, once considered Apple's bitter rivals, now enjoy healthy partnerships with Apple. Cook says, for instance, that Apple and Microsoft can collaborate on more things than they compete on, saying that this sort of cooperation is what customers want.
