Update on 1st gen iPod nano replacements

A couple readers let us know recently about the status of their 1st gen iPod nano replacements, and while Luc was simply told there's a huge backlog and to sit tight, Dave got some more information out of Apple:
He said that problem has been resolved and that according to the latest memo he could find, we can expect to start receiving our replacements 6 weeks after the date Apple received your device.
