Wow I never knew all of this was going on with these Company's thank you so much for your teaching

Ben Bajarin sounds like an Apple Fanboy, Apologist who hasn't considered contrary arguments. All glowing praise for Apple and nothing mentioned about Android market share worldwide (80% for smartphones, 60% for tablets). No mention of how disruptive Amazon and Google pricing is going to be for Apple worldwide. Open software systems usually beat closed. Don't waste your time with this drivel.

I agree. Your talking about apple selling just 1 phone is is false. They currently sell 3 phones. Then they say "well if you look at "1 phone" then the iPhone is the best selling". Again they are not looking at one phone. The numbers are for 3 phones with one operating system. Second, Apple is going to have the highest sales in their "1 phone" since people buy that "1 phone" for iOS the operation system. If someone here says other wise then why is the iPhone 4 selling about 30 % compared to the other two phones? Third, is what is the mission of Android. Android isn't owned by Samsung. The point of the OS was not to make Samsung the #1 phone on Android. Android was developed so everyone can use it and add to the Android ecosystem. In doing so adds to the number of people who could have access to Google Services. I guess if you want to make yourself feel better you could try to compare Samsung to Apple sales but Google only cares that the phones uses Android so they don't have to worrying that one day the owner of the OS they run on, like Apple, could replace them for their own apps. Why didn't you talk about how Google is making a lot of money off of Apple's iOS since so many people love their Google services. How Apple's squandered their launch of Maps which put Google back in the driver seat. I'd wish I was on this podcast to bring up all these points. I know these podcast are aimed at Apple fans but shouldn't all the angles be looked at. Come on guys. Don't be like Fox "News" where you just put your slant on it for your viewers. Let you passion come out with the other sides take. Rene is one of the smartest people out there and I know your love for Apple gives you a certain prospective but come on.

I thought this was the most fanboyed- out podcast I've ever heard. It was annoying. Apparently Apple isn't a hardware company? (that's news to me) It was so biased that I couldn't even take the analysis seriously. lol

Great show. I guess it's in fashion for some people to bash anyone who says something good about Apple. Your show said good things about each company you discussed. Nice work I look forward to your next show.
If you like Apple bashing just listen to any of Leo Laporte's podcasts. -
No. I just want a little less fan boy view. Leo Laporte's podcasts use to be extremely fan boy. Go back to the TWIT Specials about two or three years ago for all the Apple keynotes. He can't wait to say how great everything is. He's changed his opinion because he's seen Android out innovate Apple. Android started out way behind so they had to but about 1 to 2 years ago Leo could see that Android has more appeal to him than Apple's iOS. He wasn't seeing the innovation that he saw with Android. Yes, Apple still has tons of money and mind share so don't have to worry about Apple. You should be happy that Android is around to keep Apple on their toes.
