What I really want for Christmas is an iPad Mini, recently my 5 year old son used my iPad2 to play games at his grandma's house and while walking outside one of the dogs tackled my son (in a loving fashion) and henceforth broke my iPad2's screen. Macbook Pro isn't in the budget at the moment but a good writing device is and an iPad would work out more than you know. The iOS device of my dreams: iPad mini. Although many would concider the switch from my 3rd generation iPad a fuzzy downgrade, I can clearly see the iPad mini becoming even more apart of my life than the 9.7" monster I've fell in love with. Why? Well, first off, I don't use my iPad "in public." The most I use it out in the open is when I'm comfortably at a friend or family members house. I live in NY, so I catch buses A LOT. To pull out a full sized television and try to be discrete about it is ridiculous. It's not the same as having an iPhone or let's say an uhh Amazon kindle. Small. Handheld. Not too obvious. That's where my iPad mini would come in. When I still have work to do (yes I work on my iPad), but my iPhone 5's screen is still too microscopic. The iPad mini is perfectly sized and shaped for my on-the-go lifestyle that my 9.7" iPad just uhh sucked at. Same apps. Same iPad. Smaller (and less attractive) screen. It's perfect. Almost. :) oh, and my mom will LOVE my iPad 3. And I'm too cheap to buy one. Haha
