Future Shop Canada price drops all iPad 2 with Wi-Fi + 3G by $150

If you want a cheap iPad 2 and don't really care about what, exactly will be announced at Apple's March 7th event tomorrow, then Future Shop has a sweet deal waiting for you. They've gone ahead and announced that all iPad 2's with Wi-Fi & 3G price points have been dropped by $150.

  • Apple 16GB iPad 2 With Wi-Fi & 3G - Black or White - $499.95
  • Apple 32GB iPad 2 With Wi-Fi & 3G - Black or White - $599.95
  • Apple 64GB iPad 2 With Wi-Fi & 3G - Black or White - $699.95

Seems Future Shop wasn't wanting to wait until the next-gen iPad gets announced to offer up some deals and clear some stock. Either way, you may want to take advantage of the offer quickly considering iPad 2 stock has intentionally been left to run dry.

Future Shop Canada price drops all iPad 2 with Wi-Fi + 3G by $150

U do a lot of posing on the iBlogs for some toolbag that would denounce apple if they had a cure for cancer...

Sold mine, used the money to get a playbook and a samsung galxy 10.1 lte and never looked back. I will look at the new ones but ipad 2 was nothin special.

Yep nothing special... Oh wait the best selling tablet of all time/ever... But that doesn't matter bc I hate all things apple, oops thats you not me.. My bad

If you're gonnq sell your iPad at least go for something good, the playbook is terrible.

Coming from someone who owns a PlayBook, I'm glad I bought it. I've used an iPad since and it honestly doesn't compare, and to everyone who says that the PlayBook is terrible; a) at least most PlayBook users have used an iPad and/or looked into instead of calling it terrible having never tried one; b) tell that to a friend of mine who used my playbook for 5 minutes and started talking about how he wanted to sell his brand new iPad 2 that he'd gotten for Christmas so he could by a PlayBook.
Not to mention the PlayBook is currently the highest selling tablet at both Futureshop and BestBuy. Anyways, it's not fair at all to say that someone who actually owned an iPad, and now owns a PlayBook and a Samsung Galaxy hates everything Apple, in fact in this situation I would call that a moronic and not thought out arguement. They wouldn't have bought the iPad if they hate everything Apple, and as someone who's owned both they likely have a more valuable opinion than you. js

Wow your both morons, giant iPod really? Are you retarded? And wow dude you sold one device to carry two, your my hero WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH

you people who dis the ipad are idiots... best device to hit the market since the iphone and blows away any android piece of crap out there...

Aaaaand, the iPod touch can do A LOT... So, to have it maximized on a larger, and far more beautiful screen with far more internal power is a bad thing how?

I was pretty exicetd about this app. Trouble is, i've been trying to publish a mobile post all day and I keep getting "The operation couldn't be completed. (Invalid category term)" - what is that about?

Being a typically tech whore as you fine people have also gone through BB, Android and IOS. I've gone through about 5 Android phones trying to avoid the "fanboy" iphone--I made the jump on the 4S and have not looked back since--longest phone I've owned going about 5 months :P I do miss the BB keyboard/intuitive email, but their appworld is just barren. Android, their apps, hit or miss depending on your device. Android "hardware" are awesome, but again, it's a hit or miss on apps, and OS upgrades. Moving onto tablets, since December 2011, have gone from Galaxy, to Iconica, to Lenovo to a Transformer (latter sold it over the weekend). Have either returned them before 14 days, or flipped them on Craigslist. Funny thing, I've owned an ipad 2 since last June and kept falling back to it (having to fiend of my wife and kids for it). I was tired of the rom nightlies, the "doesn't feel finished" apps, or pissed that the app wasn't compatible with my dual core ICS...WTF! Anyways, got a wad of cash from my last Android sale, let's see if it's worth dropping on this Ipad 3 / HD.

Apple is supposed to drop the price on all iPad 2s as of the launch of the iPad HD. From what I've been reading the iPad2 may be available for sometime at the reduced price.

I'm hoping to get 350$ out of my wifi 16gig iPad 2 I got it open box from bb for 450 so I'd be happy with that if apple drops the prices to 399 for entry 350 is reasonable for near mint used... Wait and see I guess.

Awe yeah! I'm so glad I sold my iPad last week. I got $425 for a wifi, 16 gig iPad 2. That's more than a new one will probably cost tomorrow. Can't wait to get my hands on an iPad 3!

I'll immediately seize your rss feed as I can't to find your e-mail subscription link or newsletter service. Do you've any? Please let me recognize in order that I may just subscribe. Thanks.

Unquestionably imagine that which you stated. Your favorite reason seemed to be on the web the simplest factor to consider of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed even as other folks consider worries that they plainly do not know about. You controlled to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the entire thing with no need side effect , other people could take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thank you
