As expected, with the announcement of the new iPad Apple has gone ahead and dropped the prices for the iPad 2. If you head on over to the Apple store right now, you will find the iPad 2 16GB with WiFi available for only $399 while the 16GB WiFi + 3G is now starting at only $529.
The New iPad has quite a few new features built into it, including the new retina display, updated camera, 4G LTE and more - but the iPad 2 is still a serious contender in the tablet market. If you're not looking to spend $499 for a New iPad, an iPad 2 at $399 looks very tempting.
