Apple's third generation iPad mini is going to pack a Retina display, just like the first, but it's also going to get Touch ID and a few other additions. Will the small changes be enough to sway you to upgrade?
By adding Touch ID, Apple has opened the iPad Mini line to Apple Pay, which is something that some may find helpful. Additionally, Apple has lowered the cost of higher storage capacities, making it quite attractive. Unfortunately, with the iPad Air 2 stealing the show with its higher end chipset and display, it makes it even more appealing for photographers, designers and gamers.
