Purchase or find the free app to enable emoji in the app store or if your iPhone is j/b then install emoji from Cydia to enable it

Read the review, it contains price information. As for the app store link, guess you just have to type “card ninja” in the search box.

You paid for emoticons?  You can enable them for free if you go Settings -> General -> Keyboard -> International Keyboards -> Japanese -> Emoji (turn on!)  Off topic, but I thought the App store had rules against Apps that offer functions that the iPhone already has. I guess they want the extra $
