Lara Croft and the Guardians of Light hitting App Store tomorrow!
Crystal Dynamic's Karl Stewart has confirmed that Lara Croft and the Guardians of Light will be hitting the North American App Store tomorrow for $6.99 (iPhone) and $9.99 (iPad). The game is said to be unchanged from the XBLA and PSN game that was released to critical acclaim earlier this year.
There will be a two-player co-op mode included over both WiFi and Bluetooth. For those familiar with the game and hoping that the DLC from the XBLA/PSN versions would make it to the iOS version, a Crystal Dynamics representative has confirmed that the DLC will not be included on the version being released tomorrow, however a future update has not been ruled out.

So I take it $6.99 is the new "sweet spot" for high end games on the iPhone?
I love me some Lara Croft! From the pix, though, it looks like more of a conventional run-n-shoot, as opposed to the insanely difficult climb/jump/dive&roll exploration-style game play of most of the older titles...
Got some fresh iPad kit shipping to me right now, so I might need to check this out on that.
i do not buy very many games but i will have no problems buying this one. loved it on the PS2 & PS3 and now to have it in my pocket?? goodbye battery life!
