What you need to know
- Nidoran♀ and Nidoran♂ will be featured in a day event in Pokémon Go.
- The event will run from 8 AM to 10 PM local time on Saturday, November 28, 2020.
- There will be a Timed Research line available, as well as event exclusive Field Research tasks all centered on the Nidoran lines.
Niantic announced a second event today, following the Lake Trio's return to Pokémon Go. This event will be one day only and will focus on Nidoran♀ and Nidoran♂. Nidoran♀ and Nidoran♂ are a unique pair of Poison type Pokémon whose male and female versions are considered entirely separate species, with their evolutions (Nidorino, Nidorina, Nidoking, and Nidoqueen) having separate Pokédex entries based upon their gender.
On Saturday, November 28, 2020, from 8 AM to 10 PM local time, Trainers will be able to catch tons of Nidoran♀ and Nidoran♂. Both of the Nidoran lines will be featured in an event exclusive Timed Research line and event exclusive Field Research Tasks, as well as having increased spawns in the wild. Both Nidoran♀ and Nidoran♂ will also see increased Shiny rates.
