iMore show 332: CES wrap-up and iPhone and iPad rumors

Great show Rene! I used to think that CES was going to be thrown down the COMDEX staircase, but I realize now that CES is like a one-stop-shopping marketing deal emporium. The wholesale product deals, the hardware partnering deals, and the advertising deals (ahem) are what will keep CES going.

Sure, we could read all about the latest "stuff" online. And I did, right here on And some of the advanced technology shown will either never make it to market or will take a decade or more to come down in price enough for the mass market (e.g. the Ultra HD 4K and 8K TV sets.) But being able to do deals with multiple entities in one single trip is CES' big value add.

This whole show was you telling people that what they think they need is wrong and that Apple knows best. That Apple is ahead of the curve when the OS is currently lacking. The whole thing was just awkward.
Great job.
