TeeVee 2 for iPhone can track your favorite shows and alert you when a new episode is airing

TeeVee 2 for iPhone not only gives you lots of information such as episode guides, summaries, and more about your favorite shows, it can actually alert you of an upcoming episode so you can make sure you never forget to watch it or set your DVR to record. Not only that, it's got a great interface that's easy to navigate through and add new shows.

The main menu of TeeVee 2 automatically organizes itself by what shows air next making it easy to pick out which ones are coming up and which ones are either on hiatus or not currently airing new episodes. Swiping to the right on a show will delete it from your list of watched programs while swiping right allows you to edit alerts and reminders for upcoming episodes.

Tapping on any episode inside TeeVee 2's main menu brings up information about that particular upcoming episode. The navigation on the bottom lets you view more info about the show as well as view cast and episode lists. TeeVee 2 also supports social features that let you easily share shows you're watching with both Twitter and Facebook.

If you're looking for something to help you better remember what shows are coming up and when they're airing, TeeVee 2 lets you do it with very little effort on your part. The alert feature goes off your current time zone so you can be sure you will never miss an episode of your favorite shows.

TeeVee 2 for iPhone can track your favorite shows and alert you when a new episode is airing

That's actually the worst tv app I've ever tried. It doesn't have any time zone adjustment so it often says shows are on the day prior than they actually air. It also crashes a lot when adding a new show. iTV Shows 2 is a much better option.

I am developer of this app and I have to say that it does have time zone adjustment... also there isn't nothing easier than contacting us and we can fix your issues together. Do that please and I promise you won't regret!

I started using this app recently. I quite like it. I have not had big issues with the app. I love the look. I love the transparency look. If ios 7 look like this i'd have loved it. Interestingly, the only curious thing i've seen was, coincidently, yesterday (Saturday afternoon) i got a notification that The Newroom was starting in 15 minutes. Thought it was strange since it comes on today Sunday. But weird, today Sunday, everything is normal and it says The Newsroom will be on at the regular time. I may have been something weird due just downgrading from ios 7 back to ios 6. I had some other strange goings on yesterday too like the music i readded to ios 6 after the downgrade disappeared. (i only had like 1 playlist and a few albums). I re-added the playlist and then everysong had the wrong album art. I didn't get it. I deleted all the media and started over. So it wasn't just TeeVee doing weird stuff. But seems fine now. I'm pretty satisfied. Sad that some of my shows have months before they come back though. But it's cool to know when they come back because i was just aimlessly waiting before. I also had an epiphany about my tv viewing and the future of tv. There isn't a single show that i track that is a network show. Most are pay cable except Breaking Bad, Suits and Walking Dead. Networks are gonna be hurting if they can't make better programming cause Big Brother House of Morons doesn't appeal to me. I like the app though.

Hi developer. Can you make this app universal with iCloud sync? I would like to use this app on my iPad also.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I was also thinking if the button to add additional shows was at the top or maybe make a menu button so one doesn't have to scroll alllll the way to the bottom if they have many of shows.

Thanks again.

I have to give these guys credit, they have been working really hard to get this app in tip-top shape and accurate. It's been a rough patch so far and until recently the app hasn't been very reliable but it is getting much better. I think the last update squashed much of the accuracy problems. I am looking forward to the promised iCloud sync and iPad versions.

This is possibly the worst .99 dollar I ever spent, the mistakes in air times kept on happening, but I tolerated it because the design is pretty, but when it started to crash upon startup for several days, I finally gave it up and switched back to episodes. I doubt if imore should be recommending it, just read the reviews....
