Early surprise for Eminem fans: New album makes early iTunes Radio debut

Eminem's new album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, makes its debut next week. But if you want to get an early jump on hearing it, all you have to do is tune in to iTunes Radio, according to 9to5Mac.

The new album is anxiously awaited by fans of the Detroit rapper, who's already hit the charts with singles, while the album doesn't come out until next week. The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is available to stream over iTunes Radio in its entirety, on a First Play station dedicated to it.

iTunes Radio is a new service Apple debuted with iOS 7; it's currently only available to U.S. customers. If you have an iTunes Match account, you can listen to iTunes Radio without ads.

Whoops...never mind. First Play itself is an iTunes dedicated radio station. See the link in iTunes Radio now. Pretty cool!

Just got a 5s today. Decided to finally give iTunes radio a go even though I've had it on my iPad forever. It's really cool they're letting you stream the album entirely without commercials, even without an iTunes match account.

This album won't do much to tame that reputation. As P.C. as Apple is, it does surprise me that they feature him so prominently. Just goes to show you that money trumps whatever values they pretend to have. Now excuse me as I go back to listening to his new album.
