There are now a huge number of pre-paid micro-sim plans by most prrvedios so I'm not sure this is worth the effort in most countries. A good site to compare them is ipadsimcards . com.

I noticed that manifying glass is rectanglar and not circular. So is that how the magnifying glass will look even for making corrections ?

The "apps that support it" for cut means...you can cut out off Notes but not out of your webpage in Safari...but neither can you cut off Safari on your desktop, can you? Thought so

My guess is that the different process is necessary. A double tap in Safari will zoom you in/out - that is unless Apple plans on changing some of the touch gestures in an updated Safari.
