AT&T Adds International Features Online for Your iPhone
We've all heard the horror stories about the iPhone and international traveling. Whether it was data related or voice related, iPhone users have been slapped upside the head with huge bills.
Well now AT&T customers can rest a bit easier -- you can now access all of AT&T's international features online when you log into your account. So if you plan on traveling internationally any time soon be sure to head on over to your plan features and make the appropriate changes. While this will not save you tons of money, at least it will save you a phone call to AT&T's customer service. That's a good thing, right?

Why is everyone so down on AT&T's customer service? They have treated me fine the 2 times I had to call for an issue. They even solved a problem that an Apple "genius" could not.
It's not all of them. You never know what you are going to get honestly. Once I had someone tell me I voided my warranty on my iPhone since I removed the SIM and that to reactivate it I needed to sign a two year contract. Enough said right there.
in 2005 i went to Jamaica with my little samsung slider [ i think it was a D807 ]. i did everything as normal, text and yahoo/aim the whole time and maybe one or two calls back to new york. I came back and my bill was 1000 dollars. I was so shocked. I got it down to 300 though , explaining my ignorance to data roaming.
