You can all be as politically correct as you like and try to pretend your all saints whatever, but most of your arguments don't change my mind.

Where I live there's a middle class estate bordering a poor neighborhood. There is a real mix of people here I'd say 45% white, 5% Chinese 25% black and 25% asian. Given that wealth etc is the same and we are all equal then roughly speaking if 10 crimes are committed I'd 4-5 perps should be white 2-3 black and 2-3 asian.

Not 7-8 black 2 white or asian!..... . Why am I racist for saying this. I only brought it up because I read the story, thought "bet the perp was black" even though based on the population of the US there are many more white people so odds state the perp should be white, and what do you know - it was a black guy!

I'm getting tired of watching the news and seeing that out of all of the stabbings, shootings, muggings, robberies and assaults the perps are 90% black. I live in a white country ffs! what's that all about!

but just like on this website I'm not allowed to mention this - after all, were all equal all have a comprehension of right and wrong and have free will to choose our courses of action - the fact that the majority of crimes in my area is committed by blacks (and it appears this happens everywhere else as well) is obviously just a weird coincidence then isn't it?!

Believe it or not I am not racist. I do not judge people based on their skin colour! There are good and bad people of all races. Go Obama! etc It just seems that most of the bad people in our society are black. I get angry when if a cop stops and searches more blacks than whites all hell breaks loose with the politically correct brigade.

The cop ain't racist its just that they do more crime.

Anyways some of my Black friends agree with what I say and feel these criminals are giving them a bad name. I'd have to agree but neither them nor me can come up with valid reasons as to why it is, poverty no excuse, no father figure no excuse, etc

Upon reresding your last post. You say "of course they are going to have higher crime rates". Sounds, again, to me as if it is expected. And again I say that should not be an excuse. Not matter what group were speaking of.

Who said it was? The point is not that being poor means it's okay to steal, the point is that poor people are obviously more likely to make the choice to steal, and so if a certain group is more poor than most groups, of course they are going to have higher crime rates. It's not racist to point out the fact that crime rates among minorities are high - it's racist to imply that the reason for this is genetics.

You are indeed a racist when you make comments like that, since they are clearly not supported by facts, as this would mean that there are no non-black criminals.

It's fine to point towards factual evidence concerning relative disproportionalities with regard to race and crime. But that is not what your initial comment does, and therefore your reasoning to support your comment is critically flawed.

Think a second before you do stuff. Kinda puts you on par with the mugging emailer..

Im no racist (I have friends and colleagues of all races), Im just not scared to state facts.

Certain ethnic minorities are disproportionally represented in Prisons.and even though Im in a 70% white country Everytime me, a friend or a family member has been affected by crime the criminal has been black.

thats a fact yet society makes feel wrong for saying it with this whole where all equal garbage...... err in my real life experience were not.

Im now branded a racist for pointing out a fact i.e the number of Black people committing crime is disproportionate to the number of black people in society. Massivly, oh and globally aswell not just in the US.
