@TheiPhoneblog: Now with Mo' Better Twitter!
In-between analyzing the Palm Pre to a near-quantum level, Dieter managed to squeeze in a little feature bump for TiPb as well. If you look down and to the right, you'll see a brand-spanking new "tweet" button and handy-dandy counter.
Let's face it, the iPhone and Twitter are the peanut butter and chocolate of the mobile age. They "just work" together. So, if you love the iPhone, and you're hooked on Twitter, just hit that little button and help TiPb spread all the latest news, opinions, and reviews. Your tweeps will thank you. (And if you have no patience for buttons, no worries -- the counter will register any bit.ly URL that leads back to TiPb, so RT and Via work great as well!)
Of course, you can also just follow us @theiphoneblog
Or our writers, who can't help but to sometimes break stories first on Twitter (tsk!):
- Rene: @reneritchie
- Chad: @iChadman
- Jeremy: @BadAsh77
The best dang forum staff in the 'verse:
- Matt: @msproductions
- Chris: @skeetobite
- James: @jamesus
- Leanna: @llofte
And our aforementioned editor-in-chief:
- Dieter: @backlon
Don't hesitate to drop us tips, suggest help topics, or just engage in some conversation -- that's the point!

I absolutely refuse to get on Twitter simply because of the name and the "tweets" and "tweeps" crap. No way, thank you very much!
I just joined twitter last night and then questioned my decision shortly after when I heard the song "Twitter" on the radio. The last thing I need is to be a part of a community where the average age is 13. I'll give it an honest try. Don't let me down twitter.
I love twitter. The ONLY social network I use.
you know, I just had about 8 people start following me. Now I know why!
Hmmmm...
Leanna: @llofte is STAFF now?
Did that happen before or after she won the Unlocked Colorware iPhone?
http://www.theiphoneblog.com/2009/05/29/friday-strikefunstrike-tipb-birthday-bash-videos/
She didn't win the iPhone, just the video contest. PirateNinja won the iPhone.
She's forum staff (moderator/reviewer), like Matt, Chris, and Jamesus. They're not on contract to SPE, and hence eligible to enter contests and such. (We're still waiting for Matt's video, btw...)
Jeremy, Chad, myself, and everyone from other SPE sites, on the other hand, get no joy.
I'll edit the post for clarity...
I too was wondering where the followers were coming from. Now I know! Definitely hit us up on The Twitter!
I don't follow people who don't reply unless it's @theiphoneblog, ( @engadget or any other dedicated blog / news site Twitter accounts) because I already understand the purpose of that account is to post recent articles.
I'm pretty sure that unless I am aflicated with another technology blog, I won't get a reply back if I decide to ask a question to anyone on that list.
I'm 99% sure that when I first discovered that TiPB's Twitter account , they said " feel free to ask questions ".
So no thank you to the personal Twitter accounts listed.
I already RT some tweets by @theiphoneblog for my own purposes -- to share TiPB articles with others.
