SMS-confirmation is available on nearly every phone (sans iPhone) over here in Europe - don't know if it's something extraordinary in the US but it'll never get approved.

I Don't think the Voicemail one is going to be approved. My old Nokia had that.

Yes, it required dialing the voice mail server to do it, but simply doing the same thing in a different place seems insufficient for a patent.

This thing has been in Visual Voice Mail for some time, and Visual Voice Mail is available for other phones. Its not iPhone specific.

I guess the last three are very simple to implement and could be in 3.2 or later.

But RFID could be just an experiment, or something to be added on the fourh generation hardware next year.
