Does anyone know how to recover your data once you get the Pink Screen of Death. I was using my phone and forgot to do a backup.

I never upgraded to Beta 3 and I changed the date on my phone and it still works

I was quite surprised at how close the timeline was from deliverying beta 3 to killing off beta 2.
