If you have to get out the 'flame thrower' and start walking down the hall firing people, so be it! FIX IT! Not being able to hear Chris clearly really put a damper on an otherwise informative show. If you're going to criticize Apple for poorly managing their business - and I agree that they need ample criticism - you might want to start practicing what you preach in your own store.</p> <p>Better luck next time.
