I could freak out about being first... But I'm not going to. Instead I'm going to say sorry for my little drunk core i7 rant haha. Idk why I got so mad that you can get better preformence on single and dual threaded apps on a less expensive rig lol. But I will stand by my word that I think intel should have waited to release at least a 2 ghz part as their mainstream mobile core i7. But after all this is an iPhone blog so back to iPhones haha. Is it safe to use blackra1n to jailbreak a iPhone 3g running 3.1.2 os?
I'm not sure my phone is not jailbroken and I'm never gonna do it all the things I herd good and bad I just don't want to void my warrnty I would rather pay 2year price then full price if something ever happend to my phone
Yes it is safe yobad
Perfectly safe- I'm using a jb/unlock iPhone running 3.1.2 right now
Why jailbreak? For starters:
sbsettings backgrounder 3g unrestrictor mywi (tethering) kirikae (app switcher) irealquicksms
@Yobad Do you homework and look on Amazon at pricing- The 1.6 GHz Core i7 720qm costs the same price as 2.8 GHz C2D T9600 (~$360). Games don't use more than 2 threads now but give it a bit and they will, sooner rather than later. So with that said you are going by clock speed to make your opinion rather than looking at the benchmarks. The only dual core processor that stands up to the i7 is the X9100 which is almost $600 more.

Even if you do jailbreak you can restore it to original firmware and no one would be the wiser!
