What's in Store for the iPhone and iPod touch at Macworld 2010
Macworld 2010 is a reinvention, both for the Mac -- and iPhone/iPod community -- and the event itself. With Apple no longer attending any trade shows, the folks at Macworld are forced, and blessed to have to draw back on what made them so special to begin with -- that aforementioned community.
Feature presenters include David Pogue of the New York Times and Leo Laporte of TWiT.tv, John Gruber of Daring Fireball, actor/director Kevin Smith, former Apple evangelist Guy Kawasaki, graphic designer David Biedny, the internationally acclaimed BT, and many, many more.
If you're an iPhone and iPod touch app developer, Macworld 2010 has a special Mobile Application Showcase package for you to show off your wares.
If you're a user, Chris Breen will be hosting the iPhone Super Session, covering a vast array of media, productivity, and personal information management related tasks.

FIRST for the first time!!!
Hope is the last...
Of course Pogue will be there...
And it's always nice to be able to say you were at the last ever Macworld. Rest assured there will be no Macworld 2011. IDG is putting on a brave face, but this Apple-less event is barely causing a ripple in the media, on the web, and in trade talk. Next year will likely see something like the winding down of the East coast Macworld, with it segueing into a creative media event, then disappearing entirely the following year - the inevitable conclusion.
I really hope the new iPhone doesn't disappoint! If it doesn't at least match the Nexus One's specs I will be disappointed!

without a video chat camera, I will be disappointed. I don't have an iphone. But I know if they do it, than others will follow. My pre is begging for video chat
I will always remember when my cousin M. and I asked my Grandma to tell us regarding the great recent days and he or she said, ¡§you'll pry my microwave from my dead hands.¡¨

A video camera for chat on the next iPhone would be sweet, as would the ability to use Skype over 3G.
I received my new iPhone and the rumors about the broken reception when you grip the iphone wrong are unfortunately right. Will Apple fix this?
