I've used winmo for years and have always been critical of all apple products- which I feel are always over hyped.
Yet as far as their iphone/ipod touch line: Apple has astonished me.
1. One of the best outdoor screens I've seen. (Dammit Samsung, what's wrong with you)
2. Low cost Apps vs. (blackberry/winmo model) more expensive with demos. "Thinking Different" has paid off in spades.
3. Great responsive captive touch.
Bring in multitasking, external memory(hahaha), view pics at high res in the camera roll - and I'll switch completely.

I think it says a lot that almost all the reviewers in the round robin own an iphone.

I wonder how exhausting it must've been to try to do 6 different platforms. I know it lost steam for me after week two and i'm only reading about it. Some editors hardly participated in their contest threads...perhaps because they really didn't need questions answered, but probably moreso because of time constraints. Perhaps it'd make more sense to spread it out throughout the year. A month (or less) dedicated to one platform at all 6 sites throughout the year?
